While having 2200 ATK and requiring 2 tributes, he only needs 1 tribute if he's Tribute Summoned with Gazelle or a Phantom Beast monster and he has nasty burn effect if destroyed by an opponent's effect! Slip out of Ring of Destruction, Sakuretsu Armor or Mirror Force but you lose one of your own Monsters in the process. The DARK Zombie version of Karate Man. Don't waste your deck space with this. Retrieve 2 Mist Archfiend cards but that's about it. Gaining only 400 ATK and only being able to only equip it on DARK Monsters is pretty bad overall. Summoned Skull is a perfect card for this and if you use this with another EEV and Crush Card Virus, you can cripple your opponent's deck in 3 turns!

Why a 2? He may have 2800 ATK but poor DEF and effects are the cause. The fact that you get to look at the top card your opponent draws at his or her's Draw Phase is the only reason why this card gets 2. Like Diabolos, he can't be Tribute Summoned with any Monster but DARK and pulling off his other effect isn't easy either. Obviously, he's no good outside any deck but DARK so keep him there. He's worse than Majestic Mech Ohka for you take 1000 damage when summoned without tributes. Still playable in DARK decks though.
