All he is is a wannabe Cyber Dragon and he's worse than even Big Piece Golem! You might call him/her a wannabe Kuriboh but I'd rather use the regular Kuriboh instead and you should too. A Tuner monster that has only minor playability with Life Point Gain decks. Effect aside, she is a pretty decent monster and deserves a 3/5.

This Tuner will need to be with its flock of Blackwings in their own deck or vultures will certainly hunt it down. Well, Mr Vayu, I am honored to give you 1 star for complete and utter failure to be useful in even your own deck. He is a Trash Rare overall. Yes there's strength in numbers but not if your numbers are as low as this guy's. As if Morphtronic Magnen wasn't enough, they broke poor Magnen in half and made a new card out of him but he's still just as bad.

It can reach 10,000 ATK but that'll only last one turn 99% of the time. I suppose he makes for Tribute Summoning or in rare cases Synchro Summoning but he really doesn't have much going for his rarity. Unless they're protected, I see their names being changed to Misfortune Ladies. Same as ANPR-EN010's comments.

Having no cards in your hand is a terrible idea as it means you can't pay for costs like Lightning Vortex and Monster Reincarnation and his stats make him that much worse. The better version of Nitro Synchron except not a Tuner but because you get to draw  1 card when he's used for any Synchro Summon, I gave him an extra star. Since monster destruction is pretty popular with Mirror Force and Lightning Vortex, he'll see minor play but not much. Problem is that you still take damage when he attacks so you'd have to have a Spirit Barrier out to make him worth while.

Another Earthbound Immortal whose effects balance out its rating to 3 stars. Same as ANPR-EN016's comments. His type is right, he is a rock, a rock to be left by the side of the road. Strong ATK for a Level 4 monster but with an effect that bad, Gemini Elf is better to use.

If he's a speeder, cops will be all over him but I certainly won't. He should yield the right-of-way to better monsters and you should too. I rate this tornado an EF1: Epic Fail and 1 star. A Koa'ki Meiru monster WITHOUT a cost to keep it out?! WOW, oh wait, it has only 1900 DEF, which is only barely playable. A Level 6 1800 ATK monster that prevents more than 1 Special Summon per turn is HARDLY scary.

It's a surprise for your opponent, unless they saw it go to the Grave. Solid ATK for a Level 4 monster. First, WOE is an Aquabizarre?!?! Second, instead of wasting your deck space with this not-so-divine dragon, find a better WATER monster like Warrior of Atlantis. Yes I know it's a Tuner but one must read this card's terms and conditions, which really hurt him overall.

I gave him 2 stars because of his use with A Legendary Ocean to make him a Level 4 2000 ATK monster and because he can bring out 2 other monsters to replace him when he gets destroyed by an effect. He's pretty weak compared to old monsters like Summoned Skull and Frostosaurus and he hurts you when he destroys a monster. Might as well take her to a freak show since she won't fit in here as D.D.R. is better since you Special Summon the monster. You might get your Synchro Summon done but there isn't a guarantee you'll get your Spell Card to use next turn.

With Synchro Summoning very popular these days, I doubt you'll want to Tribute a Tuner for a non-Tuner unless your field contains only Tuners. I suppose she makes for a nuisance with Krebons out but that's as long as you can pay Krebons' price. "Wait, I thought cards like this got 1 star". Well they do if their effect is bad but this one has a decent effect. All it needs to do is leave the field (except I'm sure to the deck) and you get a Field Spell back. Unless you're running X-Sabers, forget this card.

Same as ANPR-EN035's comments. Strong ATK and no drawback whatsoever! His 2 Tribute requirement hurts him but he might have some use in LP Gain decks. He can select himself for both of his effects but I can't see anyone running him at all.

Her effect makes bringing out Level 5 and 6 monsters very easy and she herself is easy to bring out but because of her low ATK and the fact that she prevents you from attacking if her effect is used, her rating stops at 3 stars. Getting this guy out is next to impossible with not only his low level but a Tuner restriction as well. His effect kind of makes up for it. Zombie decks will certainly want this guy as he protects them from card effects but since he needs not only a specific Tuner monster but more than one non-Tuner monster, his rating cannot go higher than 3/5. Certainly worth the 3 stars she's getting from me! The more damage you deal, the stronger she gets and if she gets destroyed and sent to the Grave from your opponent's monster in battle, just pay the 1000 Life Points and back she comes!

Well he's better than Gaia Knight, who isn't a force to be reckoned with but his effect is horrible unless maybe with X-Sabers. Release your restraint to keep you from playing this card and instead playing Heavy Storm. Might have uses with BEWD or Stardust but not much else. Works great with Yubel - Terror Incarnate or Earthbound Immortal Ascilla Piscu but that's about it.

I suppose this card helps if your opponent is waiting to wipe our your LPs next turn or you just want to clear their field after your opponent's Battle Phase ends but even Gladiator Beasts aren't afraid of this card. It helps when your destroyed monster was as strong as Gemini Elf and was destroyed by Sakuretsu Armor or Mirror Force but it can only Special Summon Level 4 monsters. With the best type of monster that this card could see use with, Spirit monsters, dead, this card has practically no uses left except for maybe if battling Neo-Spacian Grand Mole. Probably the only use with this card is with RFG decks but even then you'll probably want that monster to stay out.

I've already seen the horribleness in Koa'ki Meiru monsters but I've also seen the only combo that works and that's with  Koa'ki Meiru Speeder to destroy Special Summoned monsters. Ugh, these Crappy Meiru support cards are slowly becoming a nuisance. Why does Konami bother creating support for a deck theme that very few run? Unless you have a deck with all the same type of monster (such as Dragons) then this card is hit-or-miss material. The card's art makes the cannon seem much more power than it really is. TBH, this cannon is worse than the "cannon" in the movie "The Final Destination".

Unlike Call of the Mummy, this card is restricted to Level 4 and under WATER monsters, which has some use with A Legendary Ocean and it still has its uses for you to bring out monsters to Tribute. Maybe Konami needs to see the guys on the art of this card since it clearly wasn't a good idea to make it or people would be running it. I don't get it: What makes this card any more powerful than R-Righteous Justice back in EOJ that this card had to be a Super Rare whereas RRJ was a Common? Unless this is for X-Sabers, I wouldn't even go anywhere near this card.
