            "Thanks for that because now I can Special Summon Rose Fairy (1200 DEF) in Defense Mode as you forced me to add it to my hand from my Deck," interrupted Akiza.

            "Whatever. It'll go down all the same. To continue my turn I activate Tribute Doll to Tribute Dunames Dark Witch and bring out Harpie's Pet Dragon (2000 ATK) in Attack Mode. Don't think this some tame little teddy bear because this dragon gets 300 ATK for each of my Harpies on the field. Harpie's Pet Dragon's ATK rises to 2600. Luckily for you, it can't attack this turn since it was brought out with Tribute Doll so I'll Set 2 cards to end my turn. (Hand: 2 cards)

            "Then it's time for me to end this Duel. I draw! I use Shining Rebirth, letting me banish Tuners and non-Tuners in my Graveyard to revive a Synchro Monster from my Graveyard. I banish Violet Witch and Twilight Rose Knight to revive Black Rose Dragon (2400 ATK) in Attack Mode!" declared Akiza.

            "Big deal. My monster is stronger and if you use its effect you'll be wide open," remarked Mai.

            "Not with Shining Rebirth. This card protects Black Rose Dragon from destruction this turn. Black Rose Dragon, clear the field! All other cards are destroyed. Black Rose Dragon, attack Mai directly and bring this Duel to a close!" continued Akiza. Mai's LP drops to 0.

            "Well well, you won. Not bad, Akiza," commended Mai.

            "You weren't so bad yourself, Mai," agreed Akiza.

            "Till next time?" asked Mai.

            "Till next time," nodded Akiza before they walk away. [Meanwhile...]

            "How sweet. Two Duelists end a feud with a friendly Duel. Well it'll be the last friendly Duel they'll ever take part in thanks to a little tweak I'm about to trigger. Once they find out about it, it'll be too late," commented Rogue. [Elsewhere...]

            "Wait, I didn't know Duel Disks glow like that," remarked Joey.

            "They don't, or at least I haven't seen one do it like this," replied Yugi.

            "Maybe it's a glitch"? questioned Tea`.

            "If it is, then it'd figure Kaiba would claim his tech is all that but neglect to mention the bugs," concluded Tristan.

            "We'd better see him about it," suggested Yugi.

            "See me about what?" asked Kaiba overhearing.

            "Kaiba, do you know anything about our glowing Duel Disks?" asked Yugi. *Kaiba takes the Duel Disk and looks at it*

            "That's weird. I've never seen that before. What do you think, Seto?" commented Mokuba.

            "It's not an issue with the Duel Disk itself. Based on the glow, I'd say someone has hacked into it and plans to cause problems," stated Kaiba.

            "What'll we do with it?" asked Joey. *The Duel Disks attach to the Duelists' arms*

            "Guess we're not going to get them inspected more vigorously," realized Yugi.

            "Maybe a Duel would fix the problem?" asked Tea`.

            "Maybe. It seems so strange that this would happen seemingly out of nowhere," thought Yugi.

            "There's only one way to know for sure. We'll have to Duel," stated Kaiba.

            "What if that makes things worse?" questioned Joey.

            "It can't be much worse than what we're already dealing with. Besides, it's my job to ensure things are going as intended with the Duel Disks. I'll be mentoring all changes and relaying them back to Kaiba Corp for further analysis," replied Kaiba.

            "Awesome idea, Seto. Who's going to Duel though?" remarked Mokuba.

            "Obviously I'm going to Duel as it's my product that's affected, and I want you to face me, Yugi," declared Kaiba.

            "Fine, Kaiba," agreed Yugi.

            "Time to crush that overgrown weed. I Summon Harpie Lady 1 (1300 ATK) in Attack Mode and due to her effect, she powers up all WIND monsters by 300, raising the ATK of itself and Harpie's Empress. *Harpie's Empress' ATK rises to 2800 and Harpie Lady 1's ATK rises to 1600.* Harpie's Empress, take out Black Rose Dragon!" shouted Mai.

            "I draw and Summon Twilight Rose Knight (1000 ATK) in Attack Mode. Next, I tune both my monsters for Black Rose Moonlight Dragon (2400 ATK) in Attack Mode. Now my Moonlight Dragon, attack Mai directly! Mai's LP drops to 4000. Let's see what else you've got," continued Akiza. (Hand: 0 cards)

            "I've got plenty. I'll Set another card to end my turn," replied Mai. (Hand: 0 cards)

            "Sounds like you're the one running out of steam. I Summon Violet Witch (1200 DEF) in Defense Mode. Now Black Rose Moonlight Dragon, attack Mai directly!" began Akiza.

            "I draw and activate Hysteric Party to discard 1 card and revive some old friends from my Graveyard. Get ready because you're in for a world of hurt! Let's welcome back Harpie Lady 1 (1300 ATK), Cyber Harpie Lady (1300 DEF), Harpie Queen (1200 DEF) and Harpie Lady Sisters (2100 DEF) in Defense Mode," stated Mai.

            "That's too bad because your monsters all pale in comparison to my Moonlight Dragon. You had me worried that you had something big but it looks like you were just blowing steam," smirked Akiza.

            "You'll have plenty to deal with now so I end my turn," said Mai. (Hand: 0 cards)

            "It's nothing I can't handle. I draw! Black Rose Moonlight Dragon, take out Harpie Lady 1! Harpie Lady 1 is destroyed. That ends my turn," said Akiza. (Hand: 1 card)

Next I equip it with Thorn of Malice, giving it not only 600 ATK but it deals you the difference in points if its ATK is higher than your monster's DEF. Gigaplant's ATK rises to 3000. Next I use Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy your Gravity Bind! Gravity Bind is destroyed. Gigaplant, take out Harpie's Pet Dragon!" said Akiza.

            "I activate Mirror Wall to halve the ATK of each monster you have on the field that chooses to attack. Gigaplant's ATK drops to 1500 and is destroyed, leaving Akia down to 3050 LP.

            "I Set 2 cards and end my turn by switching Black Rose Moonlight Dragon to Defense Mode," said Akiza. (Hand: 2 cards)

            "Then I'll draw and discontinue Mirror Wall by not paying its cost. Mirror Wall is destroyed. Next, I play Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation. This card lets me destroy your Moonlight Dragon and deal its ATK to you since it's your only monster. Black Rose Moonlight Dragon is destroyed but Mai's LP drops to 1600. What happened?" declared Mai.

            "Simple. I activated Nature's Reflection to make you take the effect damage I would've taken. Plus your own card prevents you from having a Battle Phase this turn," explained Akiza.

            "You forget who has the field advantage. That's me. I end my turn," noted Mai. (Hand: 2 cards)

            "Then it's time for me to end this Duel. I draw! I use Shining Rebirth, letting me send Tuners and non-Tuners to my Graveyard to revive a Synchro Monster from my Graveyard. I banish Violet Witch and Twilight Rose Knight to revive Black Rose Dragon (2400 ATK) in Attack Mode!" declared Akiza.

Cyber Harpie Lady's ATK and DEF rise to 2000 and 1500. Next I Set 2 cards to end my turn," stated Mai (Hand: 1 card)

            "You're starting to prove your worth Dueling me but this isn't over yet. I Summon Blue Rose Dragon (1200 ATK) in Defense Mode and end my turn," remarked Akiza. (Hand: 0 cards)

            "Well so far you're not impressing me that much, hon. I draw and Summon Harpie's Apprentice (Info) (300 ATK) in Attack Mode. Not only is it a Tuner monster but since I Summoned it successfully, I can revive Cyber Harpie Lady (Info) (1800 ATK) once more! Cyber Harpie Lady appears. Now I'll use them to Synchro Summon Harpie's Empress (Info) (2500 ATK) in Attack Mode. With this card, your time in this Duel is about to come to an end!" declared Mai.

            "Will I ever find a Duelist powerful enough to match Yusei's skills? Surely someone in New Domino City should have at least close to it but everyone I've faced since don't seem to even come close. Have I become too strong for everyone here?" asked Akiza.

            "Seems like the only thing that changed is this town. There's no one here that I can't beat already. Seems like a bad time to return to Dueling after Dartz and his gang invaded the area. Of course, Joey I suppose could be a good challenge since he's probably improved since I last Dueled. Though what am I to do with my new Harpie cards if I can't Duel with them?" thought Mai.

            "Careful what you say. Thorns can deliver the pain without remorse. I'll show you just what a Duelist like me is capable of," stated Akiza.

            "Let's Duel!" declared Akiza and Mai.

I activate Roll of Fate to roll a die and draw that many cards, then remove from play that many cards from the top cards of my Deck. *Joey rolls a die and it lands.* 5 so I draw 5 cards. Next, I think I'll Summon Comrade Swordsman of Landstar (500 ATK) in Attack Mode. Next, I use Monster Reborn to bring back Grappler of Landstar (500 ATK) in Attack Mode. Grappler of Landstar appears. Since Comrade Swordsman of Landstar is a Tuner, I'll tune them both for a new warrior that'll knock your socks off. Meet King of Landstar (1500 ATK) in Attack Mode!" announced Joey.

            "You sure talk a big game but I've got the strongest monster on the field. Life Stream Dragon, take out King of Landstar!" shouted Leo.

            "I activate Kunai with Chain (Info) to not only give King of Landstar 500 ATK but your Life Stream Dragon switches to Defense Mode," countered Joey. King of Landstar's ATK rises to 2000.

            “I know we’re famous and all, but I wouldn’t have thought famous enough for TV, at least not a 2nd time,” protested Joey.

            “Which one of you wants to face the power of my Morphtronic Deck?” asked Leo.

            “I’ll take ya on, Leo. I wanna see what your Deck can do. Plus I want to try out the new cards I got,” declared Joey.

            “I’ll bring out Morphtronic Celfon (100 ATK) in Attack Mode and use his ability, letting me roll a die and pick up a number of cards from the top of my Deck equal to the die result. *He rolls a die and it lands* Cool, 2 cards and....they’re both Morphtronics so meet Morphtronic Boomboxen (1200 ATK) in Attack Mode and Morphtronic Clocken (1100 ATK) in Defense Mode. Since Boomboxen is in Attack Mode, he can attack twice so first he’ll attack your Grappler of Landstar! Grappler of Landstar is destroyed. Then he’ll attack directly! Joey’s score drops to 6800.             "Ready for some fireworks because my Red-Eyes is gonna scrap your machine! I'll Tribute my Red-Eyes for Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon (Info) (2400 ATK) in Attack Mode and he gets a power up of 300 ATK for each Dragon in my Graveyard and I count two. Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon's ATK rises to 3000. Darkness Dragon, turn that Power Tool Dragon to scrap!" called Joey.

Landstar Forces (Part 1)

[At Luna and Leo’s house...]

            “No way, it’s finished!” declared Leo.

            “Leo, what are you talking about?” questioned Luna.

            “My Deck of course. I finally found all my cards after I hid them away as a challenge,” explained Leo.

            “So you hid away all 44 cards of your Deck just for something to do? You know you could’ve completely lost them don’t you?” replied Luna.

            “That’s what makes it a challenge, sis and I totally just aced it. Now I just need a new challenge,” added Leo.

            “Well there’s some action outside,” pointed out Luna.

            “That’s not just any action, Luna, that’s a Dueling legend right there! I gotta check this out!” declared Leo before heading out. [Outside...]

            “Sure is quite the crowd today,” remarked Tea`.

            “Yeah, but I haven’t heard anything that could possibly cause it,” added Yugi.

            “Check it out, guys, we’re on TV,” stated Joey.

            “I know we’re famous and all, but I wouldn’t have thought famous enough for TV, at least not a 2nd time,” protested Joey.

            “Dueling fame here I come!” declared Leo.

            “Whoa, they’re like twins or something,” noted Yugi.

            “We are twins actually. I’m Luna and this is my brother Leo,” explained Luna.

            “Which one of you wants to face the power of my Morphtronic Deck?” asked Leo.

            “A what Deck?” asked Tea`.

            “Morphtronics, a Deck full of all kinds of gizmos,” elaborated Leo.

            “Alright, my move! He draws. I play Red-Eyes B. Chick (Info) (800 ATK) in Attack Mode, but he’s not stickin’ around long as I send him to my Grave for Red-Eyes B. Dragon (Info) (2400 ATK) in Attack Mode. Red-Eyes, attack Boomboxen!” declared Joey.

            “I activate Morphtronic Bind (Info)and while I have a face-up Morphtronic monster out, any of your Level 4 or higher monsters can’t attack or change battle positions,” countered Leo.

            “I’ll Set another card face-down to end my turn,” concluded Joey. (Hand: 2 cards)

            “I play Morphtronic Remoten (Info) (300 ATK) in Attack Mode and he’s a Tuner so I’ll tune him with Boomboxen for Power Tool Dragon (Info) (2300 ATK) in Attack Mode. Next, I’ll power him up with Double Tool C&D (Info), giving him 1000 ATK during my turns. Power Tool Dragon’s ATK rises to 3300. However during your turns, you have to attack Power Tool Dragon if you decide to attack. Power Tool Dragon, attack Red-Eyes!” declared Leo.

            “I’ll activate Magical Arm Shield (Info), giving me control of one of your monsters and I’ll take your Clocken and you now attack it instead!” countered Joey. Morphtronic Clocken is destroyed.

            "I guess I'll Set 1 card to end my turn," sighed Leo. (Hand: 0 cards) Power Tool Dragon's ATK returns to 2300.
