So you finally get your Malefic monster out and you activate this but what can you do? Destroy 1 card on the field. Hardly a stream, more like a trickle or drop. Since this set ends before I can finish the row, a Proxy Card will take its place. Since this set ends before I can finish the row, a Proxy Card will take its place. You can't even use Rainbow Dark Dragon to bring this guy out, not that it's worth doing so because he has the effects of 99% of the Malefics out have including an unplayability status. At least the effect can be used during either player's turn but he's only barely getting 2 stars for that. The only Malefic monster in this set to get 2 out of 5 as you can control more than one Malefic monster other than this guy and when Synchro Summoned, you bring back a Synchro from either Grave. The Field Spell that brings the deck together but even it is not enough to make the deck good enough as it offers no protection to card effects except self-destruction.

So Malefics hit US shores after Malefic BEWD in Duelist Pack Kaiba but they aren't getting any better in terms of playability. The one that started it all and it was a bad start to say the least because Malefics aren't playable at all. He specifically requires a Malefic monster in your hand to use for any Synchro Summon not just for Paradox Dragon and that's why I can't rate him higher. Unlike even Malefic REBD, you cannot Special Summon this guy later. His end is already here as he will likely not leave the trade binder.
