| Its effect can't be activated when Special Summoned but it is a Tuner and can pick up Master Hyperion or another The Agent monster. | Even as a Normal Monster, this card would get 3 stars but with the decent effect, it's at the high end of the rating. | You RFG a LIGHT Fairy to draw twice with no Battle Phase or Special Summoning that turn, which isn't all that bad but duels can turn around as quickly as one turn. | Getting The Sanctuary in the Sky out is easy, especially with Field Barrier still legal and this card has no activation cost at all! |

| If you desperately need a Blackwing monster, then this will help you out but only one duel at a time and you may not be able to afford to take the 400 damage. | Magic Cylinder can be run in multiples so this is going to get some use and it might be enough for you to perform a Synchro Summon! | It's very easy for Blackwing decks to Special Summon 1 Blackwing monster and because this card doesn't destroy the selected opponent's monster, you can bounce Stardust Dragon and gain 2500 LPs! | What's good about this card is that you can remove 1 The Agent monster from just about anywhere to bring it out and Valhalla makes it even easier to summon! |

| What's good about this card is that it not only helps Dragunity decks but neither the discard cost nor its second effect are Draguinity specific! | Certainly one of the key cards to the deck as you can easily equip your Draguinity monsters and give them a 500 ATK boost in the same turn! | I'd have no problem rating this guy 3 out of 5 stars if he could be used as Synchro Material when Special Summoned too but with that not the case, he's left with a pretty poor rating. | So you allow your Blackwing to survive one attack from an opponent's monster but you not only still take Battle Damage but unless you have another of this guy in your hand, your Blackwing is toast. |

| If you could select more than 1 of your opponent's monsters, then I'd give this card a higher rating but you can only pick one. | This guy is the main boss of the deck and he can not only constantly bring back monsters that were sent while equipped but he can also be Normal or Special Summoned from the hand or Grave! | Like Arma Leyvaten, this guy's effect activates if Normal or Special Summoned and he can be Special Summoned fairly easily! | He helps bring out other Dragunity monsters but only when Normal Summoned but at least is a Tuner monster. |

| A Tuner that hurts the Synchro Monster its used for by negating its effect! There are better Level 4 Tuners than this so use one of them instead. | The only big thing about him is the waste of deck space he is because his stats aren't big, his effect isn't big and neither is his playability. | At most it's tribute bait because while the token can attack, no one takes Battle Damage from it except during direct attacks. | What really hurts this card is that you not only need at least 2 monsters but those monsters must be in Attack Position. |

| Since the card this guy needs is already banned in both US and Japan, this guy has no playability whatsoever, even as a Level 6 monster with 2500 ATK. | With it banned, it's new name is "Forbidden Temple of the Kings" as of right now by me. | It's unlikely you will ever have a Tuner monster face up on the field when you have this guy in your hand and he's not even a Tuner himself so there will be no boost in rating or playability. | Justice will not be served if this guy is the one trying to do so because Effect Veiler is quicker and can be used on any Effect monster not just ones Special Summoned. |

| He's the strongest monster with the ability to attack directly without any serious drawback but he's better off being with Joey's other cards. | Seriously, cards like this should've been in LOB or heck even CDIP because they're that bad. | Some prize card this turned out to be. These should be in mass quantities so they'll be a price they deserve to be not $500 or more. | Same as 2010-EN001's comments. |

| Oh good, they decided that they had to make a more evil version of the original but unfortunately, she isn't what I consider evil or playable. | He's not getting past Congress for approval. In fact, he's not getting past the place you get him from as he's likely to end up in the trash. | It may be written in the memory of Joey Wheeler (just read this guy's text!) but that makes him no more playable. | Elemental Hero Woodsman can do this guy's job each turn for free will last longer on the field, and can pick up Poly from the Deck as well as the Grave. |

| It's a shame that a world champion would receive cards that are pretty much useless. | Having good stats is key with monsters like this but she doesn't have them so her mace is harmless. | As if the "skinny" marmot way back in tournament packs was any good. | What "opposition" are they talking about, plastic? I suspect his claws would break if he tried the old claws on the chalkboard routine. |

| Well he's a Tuner and doesn't have anything to hurt that so he gets the same rating as his Star Level: 2/5. | Really doesn't have all that much going for him but he has other support coming to the US so we'll wait and see. | His effect to give him counters can make him pretty strong but that's IF he even lasts one turn on the field. He deserves a more fitting name like Worm Gullible instead for his terrible effect. | Don't worry, Worms, hope is on the way but if you rely on this guy to get you out, all hope will be lost. |

| Terrible. A Level 4 Normal Monster with stats of (1500/1900) is no match for most monsters in this game so it'd better watch its own back because it's headed for the trash can. | A Tuner that'll survive most monsters that are summonable without Tributes isn't too bad but she's no match for monsters that'll slip under Gravity Bind and have more than 800 ATK. | Grub is grub but this guy is trash and should be avoided so you don't suffer from his microscopic frostbite. | Hey Condor, any idea how much you've been mist since your Duel Terminal printing? I can tell you it's too small for anyone to see. |

| Best to use this in Stall Decks because otherwise, this card's playability is simply shut. | Gee, maybe I should get my Pokèball and catch it. Then again, it's not worth catching with cards like Mystical Space Typhoon. | You'll need to use at least 2 non Tuners to make this guy worth Synchro Summoning but he's a one-time event with the effect. | Sure doesn't beat Marauding Captain but he's better than some of the other cards I've rated here. |

| Would've been much better if it was Call of the Mummy for Machine-Type monsters. | While it's somewhat easy to summon, it has the EIs' self-destruction effect if it comes out with no active Field Spell out but worst of all, it can't be Tribute Summoned. | The only thing rapid about him is his playability which has probably dropped to microscopic levels. | He lends a helping hand to the necessary Synchron monsters needed for the Synchro Summon of Synchro Monsters like Junk Warrior but you have to Normal Summon him to get the effect. |

| This is the one I mentioned that was actually good and should probably remain alone. | What does he defend? The Machina crew? With a mere 1800 DEF, I can't see him doing that. He can't even defend himself and yet he can get "Commander in Unplayability". | Yup here's the force of all of them but boy is he NOT a force to be reckoned with! His stats sure are but the road to getting him out, attacking with him and protecting him are far from it. Virtually everything kills him. | So for once, we get a new card in a Structure Deck when I would've thought this guy would've been a SCR in some future set but thankfully he didn't as he simply isn't worth using at all. |

| With those stats, I don't see it "keeping peace" with anything though it does help out with Union monsters. | Needs to stay on the field for both effects, which will be quite the difficult task with those stats. | This guy literally starts it all: He's the first of several pretty bad cards, except for one and is the card that brings out the horrid "Force to be Laughed At". Who made this weakling commander? | Play this guy and I can pretty well guarantee you will literally have no monsters left. I can't see this soldier going into WWIII. |
