Set this bad boy down and play a weak Monster! With Dark Hole out of the picture, this card's playability will increase! Watch out for trap negators! Negate Fissure, MST, Snatch Steal,  or any other Spell your opponent tries to throw at you! Even still, SST-8 does the job slightly better. You get to draw 2 cards, sound good? Of course it does but not when you cannot draw during your following 2 Draw Phases. A situational card indeed. This card works especially well when your opponent played a Monster that had large summoning requirements like TER but also works when you have EtFO on your field.

Revive Despair from the Dark or another powerful Zombie Monster! A great card to say the least!

A nice card for extra tributes, defense or attack! Still, there are ways this card can backfire.

Like I said in SD1, this card can make your horrid hand a golden one or a hand that only ends up costing you the game. Not bad though.

Like  (SD1-EN014) MST, this card has many limitations in terms of  playability.

This card's rating would have been higher but with it's banning of tournament play, a 3 out of 5 is necessary. Still not bad though.

Extra draw power is nice especially when you need another chance for that Megamorph or Polymerization for BEUD.

A nice card since HFD is on the forbidden list! What brings this card's rating down is the fact that it destroys all Spell and Traps, not just your opponent's.

If you have a weak Monster out or you want to kill two Monsters with one attack, this card's the way to go. It has its limits though.

Whether you mean to take control of your opponent's Monster for tributes, an extra attack or defense you're sure to turn things around!

Destroy that pesky Snatch Steal your opponent used to take your best Monster or get rid of any nasty surprises your opponent has waiting for you!

There's just no use for this card as we have Heavy Storm to destroy all Spell and Trap Cards out.

Remove your opponent's last defense, get rid of that Man-Eater Bug, Morphing Jar or Needle Worm! Still, it isn't world's greatest.

Even Zombie decks aren't even worth using this card as he won't last long.

Zombie support is this card's only alternative as its stats just won't make it anywhere else in today's metagame.

1700 ATK doesn't make the cut unless it's backed with a decent effect, which this card doesn't possess. By the time you have a decent Monster worth tributing, this card will be in the Graveyard.

At 1800 ATK, he's certainly one of the better Zombie Monsters and with a little support, he won't let you down!

Play Vampire Lord without tributes or have an extra Monster to tribute or defend! Not too bad a card!

While stats of (300/200) may be unimpressive, his effect really makes up for it as he can't be destroyed in battle! The thing is, he's prone to Negate Attack and other targeting cards.

If you have Call of the Mummy active, you can play him without tributes and still get a Normal Summon! Still, the tributes are what hurt this card.

2400 ATK is very nice especially if you play him by Pyramid Turtle's effect! A nice card overall and who cares if the effect is horrid?

3000 ATK is decent for a Zombie Monster and simply discard a Monster like VL and bring out Regenerating Mummy! Still, he's not top notch.

With an ATK of 1750, he's certainly not a master as he'll be clobbered by GAFs and GEAFs. He can't even get under Gravity Bind.

As they say, zombies don't die and this one does but he comes back if destroyed by a card effect. Not only does Kaiba use him but he's a necessity for getting out VG.

Just by tribute summoning him, you get a Lightning Vortex without cost and you can use it repeatedly! Because it's not a Raigeki effect, this card receives a 3/5.
