In the dub, when Yusei Synchro Summons Stardust Dragon, the graphic is the Japanese version. (This applies throughout the movie.)

Error #2 / Time: 27:05
In the dub, after Yusei activates Miracle's Wake to revive Junk Gardna, Paradox remarks on their past pep talks and his Duel Disk shows the original versions of Rainbow Dragon and Cyber End Dragon instead of their Malefic versions.

Error #3 / Time: 30:15
In the dub, after Paradox Synchro Summons Malefic Paradox Dragon, Elemental HERO Neos Knight is missing from Jaden's side of the field even though its card is on his Duel Disk.

Error #4 / Time: 38:08
In the dub, after Jaden uses De-Fusion to trade Neos Knight for Junk Gardna and Neos, his Duel Disk still shows Neos Knight.

Error #5 / Time: 42:51
In the dub, when Yusei activates Stardust Mirage, Jaden's Set card is also Stardust Mirage instead of Neos Spiral Force.

Error #6 / Time: 43:03
In the dub, following the above mistake, when Yusei revives his, Jaden and Yugi's monsters via Stardust Mirage, Junk Gardna is shown with 2500 DEF instead of 2600.

In the dub, as clips of Yugi's victories play on TV, the cards are unedited for the dub or how they'd have been depicted in this movie.

Error #2 / Time: 6:06
In the dub, following the above mistake, a clip of Marik handing over The Winged Dragon of Ra is shown, spoiling results of the Battle City Finals.

Error #3 / Time: 6:19
In the dub, the narration for the clips claims Yugi defeated Seto Kaiba again for the championship, but that was the semifinals and defeating Marik was the championship.

Error #4 / Time: 7:03
In the dub, as Kaiba's simulation Duel with Yami is shown, Life Points are not as the dub would've done it.
(This applies throughout the movie, including ATK and DEF.)

Error #5 / Time: 7:04
In the dub, there's a shot of Yami's God Cards on his Duel Disk and Ra is mirrored as noted by the Attribute being on the left instead of the right. (This continues throughout the movie.)

Error #6 / Time: 18:07
In the dub, following the above mistake, despite rules forbidding any attacks on the first turn (and Injection Fairy Lily having no effects to bypass this), Joey's opponent attacks Joey directly on the very first turn of the Duel.

Error #7 / Time: 20:37
In the dub, when Pegasus plays Toon Gemini Elf, it has the wrong fonts for its name and effects, the latter of which isn't correctly formatted.
(This applies for other Toon monsters in Pegasus' hand and other cards in Yugi's hand later.)

Error #8 / Time: 21:27
In the dub, following the above mistake, after Pegasus uses Card of Sanctity, his hand contains the original Dark Magician Girl instead of the Toon version.

Error #9 / Time: 33:25
In the dub, during Kaiba's simulated Duel with Yugi, Yugi is listed as playing Paladin of White Dragon, which is actually one of Kaiba's cards.

Error #10 / Time: 44:38
In the dub, as Kaiba applies the effect of his Deck Destruction Virus card, the text is visible and it says it activates when a DARK Fiend monster is destroyed, but the monster triggering its effect (Peten the Dark Clown) is a DARK Spellcaster.

Error #11 / Time: 56:43
In the dub, as Kaiba explains the effect of Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon, there's only 5 Dragons shown when Paladin of White Dragon is also a Dragon in his Grave (as he used its effect to Special Summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon). This would've won Kaiba the Duel with the extra 300 ATK.

Error #12 / Time: 1:13:34
In the dub, when Yami draws for his next turn, he has only 2 Spell Cards in his hand and neither of them is Double Spell, which he'd then play.

Error #13 / Time: 1:18:26
In the dub, when Yami activates Kaiba/Anubis' Set Return from the Different Dimension via Reverse of Reverse he said Kaiba told him of a perfect victory he wanted, but it was only in thought.

Error #14 / Time: 1:21:01
In the dub, when Anubis activates Fallout and Inferno Tempest, two copies of The Winged Dragon of Ra fly out of Yugi's Deck when only one copy actually exists.
