| More like a first step towards defeat because you don't run away when trying to take over something and that's what the Steelswarm monster does here. | It gathers the missing monsters you may need to Ritual Summon but the monsters you retrieve have to be Gishiki monsters. | For what it's worth, you're better off just bringing back one of your fallen Gusto monsters instead of waiting to have 3 targets in the Grave, bring back one of them and risk getting screwed over in the process. | Never run away if trying to take over something or even bother using a card this bad. |

| It's non-Tuner specific but the effect is at least not just available when Synchro Summoned. | Same as HA05-EN053's comments. | It's got what I call the self-retrieval effect, it can get itself back, and you also get a Gishiki monster back to your hand, which isn't too bad but best with Gishiki decks. | You get 2 of your fallen Gusto monsters back and destroy an opponent's card but that's only partially worth it. |

| He becomes essentially a Level 5 or 6 monster if you Tribute Summon him with a Steelswarm monster but also only barely getting 2 stars. | Here you have a poor-man's Judgment Dragon or Heavy Storm and quite frankly the latter is better than this because of how little you need to play both cards. | You could either return 5 cards you lost during the duel or 5 of your opponent's least playable cards to the deck but you only have one shot at it. | Its effect is once per turn but you can shuffle any face up opponent's monster into the deck by discarding a Gishiki monster, which is sub-par at best. |

| Getting there but still only marginally at 2/5. | If the high-level Steelswarm monsters were actually good, then I'd certainly at least double this guy's rating but they're not so keep this caller on your ignore list. | See? Using his effect requires 1000 Life Points and another Steelswarm monster for his Tribute Summon. This mantis doesn't stand a prayer. | His ATK is decent for a Level 6 monster but nothing else is so I think I'll stick with Jinzo or Brain Golem instead. |

| He won't stay long but you do get to replenish your deck with Gusto monsters and draw 1 card for the time he's on the field. | You can bring back the Tuner monster that can come back when used for a Synchro Summon but that's probably the best target and that's sad when you consider this guy's stats for a Level 6 monster. | Talk about having nothing good to offer! His stats are bad, his effect is bad and the entire archtype is bad! | If there's a club meeting, they need to discuss why they're bad cards for decks. |
