While Sakuretsu Armor is the better choice, this card is still decent.  Speed up the process by which Clock Tower Prison protects your LPs!  Since this set ends before a row is completed, a proxy card will take its place. The big downside is that you don't summon the monster so you may be wide open for direct attacks.  This card is a must for Destiny Heroes as they need the extra protection.  If your only Destiny Hero monsters can be Special Summoned, then this card has minor uses.  It's best to use this card on an already strong Destiny Hero like Dogma.

If you aren't going to Tribute the monster, don't bother playing this card.   Give your LPs a major boost!  The cost really isn't worth the risk of taking damage with it's effect.   Search for Diamond Dude or Disc Commander to gain their effects!

It can be a lifesaver if you have no monsters but a dead draw otherwise.  If the card you destroy this way is a card that prevents your opponent's monsters from being destroyed in battle, this card can be useful but that's about it.  Destiny Hero decks shouldn't be without this card as they're pretty weak overall.  You get to draw 2 cards for the price of discarding a Destiny Hero. Not a bad trade-off.

It's hard to bring out but succeed and he'll be around for a while!  Misfortune awaits you if you use this card as you lose the chance to take out your opponent's monsters.  You can draw multiple cards with its effect if you use it correctly but even drawing 1 card isn't so easy.  Rack up enough Clock Counters and you have yourself a permanent Spirit Barrier!

This is the only time where having weak stats is a good thing. Let this guy die to bring back Destiny Hero Dasher!  Tribute a weaker monster to make this guy stronger than BEWD! He goes to Defense Mode after attacking though and 1000 DEF won't help him much at all.  It's his weak stats that bring his rating to 2/5 as opposed to maybe 4/5 but at least you can bring out another copy with his effect.  His effect works great while he's in Defense Position but with CED still running around, you're LPs are going to take a serious hit.

At least he leaves behind 2 extra defenses/monsters to tribute with when he's destroyed and it doesn't matter how that happens.   The highest DEF for a Level 4 monster thus far! Only downside is your opponent gets an extra card to draw during their Draw Phase.   The hard summoning requirement is what keeps his rating below 5/5 and his other effects certainly keep him above 1/5.   What really hurts this card is that you cannot use it in your own Battle Phase like on the show.

It can take out an unwanted monster temporarily but only when in Attack Position and without a D-Shield, you're LPs are bound to take a hit.  Stronger than Doom Lord but still not enough to survive the Battle Phase.  Nearly twice the ATK of both previous cards but his effect isn't likely to be in your favor.  Bring back your strongest Destiny Heroes to make this guy the strongest monster! Too bad he only gets this effect if summoned by Clock Tower Prison's effect.
