Unrated Yu-Gi-Oh Cards (Page 22)

Millennium Pack
MIL1-EN013
Rebellion
Quick-Play Spell
During either player's Battle Phase: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; take control of it until the end of the Battle Phase, also other monsters you control cannot attack for the rest of this turn. You can only activate 1 "Rebellion" per turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: As a Quick-Play Spell, you can use it during your opponent's turn and nullify the drawback but you still won't be able to do anything with the new monster either way.
MIL1-EN010
Sky Galloping Gaia the Dragon Champion
WIND / Dragon-Type Fusion / Level 7 / ATK 2600 / DEF 2100
1 "Gaia The Fierce Knight" monster + 1 Dragon-Type monster
This card's name becomes "Gaia the Dragon Champion" while it is on the field. If this card is Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Spiral Spear Strike" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. When this card declares an attack on an opponent's monster: You can change the battle position of that opponent's monster.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: While a step up from the original Dragon Champion, it's still not worth bringing out because Spiral Spear Strike is a poorer version of Fairy Meteor Crush and changing the battle position of the opponent's monster isn't good enough to offset the effort it takes to bring this guy out.
MIL1-EN004
Holding Legs
DARK / Fiend / Level 4 / ATK 800 / DEF 600
If this card is Summoned: Return all Set Spell and Trap Cards on the field to the hand. You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 Set Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; that Set card cannot be activated until the end of your opponent's next turn.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: Once you get past its first effect, you won't have anything else to do with it except temporarily lock a threat your opponent has waiting, if at all.
MIL1-EN003
Holding Arms
DARK / Fiend / Level 4 / ATK 500 / DEF 1200
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; while this card is face-up on the field, that face-up monster cannot attack, also its effects are negated. While that face-up monster is on the field, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It got a bit of a buff from the anime where its effect was only 3 turns but it's still pretty feeble as the affected monster can still be used for whatever the opponent wants, thus making this card and you quite vulnerable.
MIL1-EN002
Curse of Dragonfire
DARK / Dragon / Level 5 / ATK 2000 / DEF 1500
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 Field Spell Card on the field; destroy it. Once per turn: You can Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters you control as Fusion Materials, including this card.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Field Spells don't see much play these days but since you can control 2 at a time, that literally doubles the odds of you seeing one and you can destroy just your opponent's if you want, though the other effect and its stats aren't all that great.
MIL1-EN001
The Winged Dragon of Ra - Immortal Phoenix
DIVINE / Divine-Beast / Level 10 / ATK 4000 / DEF 4000
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by its own effect, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If "The Winged Dragon of Ra" is sent from the field to your Graveyard while this card is in your Graveyard: Special Summon this card. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation. This card is unaffected by other cards' effects. You can pay 1000 LP; send 1 monster on the field to the Graveyard. Once per turn, during the End Phase: Send this card to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard, ignoring its Summoning conditions.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: You'll have to get this guy into the Graveyard first and have Ra go there from the field, which can happen any old way but getting Ra out won't be easy because it can't be Special Summoned. Being unaffected by other effects is little compensation when it'll replace itself with Sphere Mode during the End Phase wherever you have it.
OTS Tournament Pack 1
OP01-EN019
Zombie Warrior
DARK / Zombie-Type Fusion / Level 3 / ATK 1200 / DEF 900
"Skull Servant" + "Battle Warrior"
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: Why couldn't it have been a Normal Monster like in the anime? It'd have at least taken less effort to bring out because even in the early days of Yu-Gi-Oh, this wouldn't have seen much play due to how much effort it took, not to mention how difficult it was to get Polymerization back then.
Premium Gold: Infinite Gold (Continued)
PGL3-EN021
Beatrice, Lady of the Eternal
LIGHT / Fairy-Type Xyz / Rank 6 / ATK 2500 / DEF 2800
2 Level 6 monsters / You can also Xyz Summon this card by sending 1 "Burning Abyss" monster from your hand to the Graveyard, then using 1 "Dante" monster you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) If Summoned this way, the following effect cannot be activated this turn. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; send 1 card from your Deck to the Graveyard. If this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card (by battle or card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 "Burning Abyss" monster from your Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions.
GOLD SECRET RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: Ranking up seems like it's more effort than it's worth when you'll already have Dante out and Ranking up to Beatrice is going to leave you with one less option to do with her that turn and the best she can do is send another card from your Deck to the Graveyard, which isn't that impressive, even with Burning Abyss monsters. Lady of Eternal? I think Lady of Inferiority is more like it because she'll be in Defense Mode, cowering like a wimp most of the time.
PGL3-EN020
Red Supremacy
Normal Trap
Banish 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend" Synchro Monster from your Graveyard, then target 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend" Synchro Monster you control; its name becomes the banished monster's original name, and replace its effects with the banished monster's original effects.
GOLD SECRET RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: If the one you want is in your Graveyard, bring it back instead of using this lame excuse to have your current monster copycat the one banished from the Grave.
PGL3-EN019
King's Consonance
Normal Trap
When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: Negate the attack, then you can apply the rest of this card's effect. Banish 1 Tuner monster and any number of non-Tuner monsters from your Graveyard, whose total Levels equal 8 or less, and if you do, Special Summon from your Extra Deck 1 Synchro Monster whose Level equals the total Levels of those banished monsters. (This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.)
GOLD SECRET RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: It's even worse than Urgent Tuning because you have to be threatened with a direct attack and can only Synchro Summon a Level 8 or less Synchro Monster. If the king is calling for this, have him dethroned.
PGL3-EN018
Dark Advance
Normal Trap
During either player's Main Phase or Battle Phase: Target 1 monster in your Graveyard with 2400 or more ATK and 1000 DEF; add it to your hand, then immediately after this effect resolves, you can Tribute Summon 1 monster with 2400 or more ATK and 1000 DEF in face-up Attack Position. You can only activate 1 "Dark Advance" per turn.
GOLD SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: You'll get a Tribute Summon out of the deal and perhaps even during your opponent's turn but your opponent could easily negate or destroy the new monster, leaving you a possible step closer to defeat.
PGL3-EN017
The Phantom Knights of Tomb Shield
Normal Trap
Special Summon this card in Attack Position as a Normal Monster (Warrior-Type/
DARK/Level 3/ATK 0/DEF 0). (This card is NOT treated as a Trap Card.) During your turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 face-up Trap Card your opponent controls; negate its effects until the end of this turn.
GOLD SECRET RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: Tomb Shield is right because the knights at Medieval Times use better shields than this.
PGL3-EN016
The Phantom Knights of Dark Gauntlets
Normal Trap
Send 1 "Phantom Knights" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to the Graveyard. When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack while you control no cards and this card is in your Graveyard: Special Summon this card in Defense Position as an Effect Monster (Warrior-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 300/DEF 600), but banish it when it leaves the field. (This card is NOT treated as a Trap Card.) If Summoned this way, this card gains 300 DEF for each "Phantom Knights" Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard.
GOLD SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It probably won't have much DEF when you bring it out as a Monster Card but any monster is better than no monster and Jinzo won't be negating this if this guy comes out first.
PGL3-EN015
The Phantom Knights of Shade Brigandine
Normal Trap
Special Summon this card in Defense Position as a Normal Monster (Warrior-Type/
DARK/Level 4/ATK 0/DEF 300). (This card is NOT treated as a Trap Card.) If you have no Trap Cards in your Graveyard, you can activate this card the turn it was Set. You can only activate 1 "The Phantom Knights of Shade Brigandine" per turn.
GOLD SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Draw this early and you'll basically get a free monster out of the deal but it'd have to be before your Normal Summon to make this remotely worthwhile, though Fiend's Sanctuary is a better version of this.
PGL3-EN014
Shining Hope Road
Normal Spell
Target 3 monsters in your Graveyard; Special Summon all 3, but their effects are negated. Immediately after this effect resolves, Xyz Summon 1 "Utopia" or "Utopic" Xyz Monster using only those 3 monsters. You cannot Special Summon other monsters during the turn you activate this card.
GOLD SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: With several Utopia and Utopic monsters available, you do have a few options but even fewer good ones.
PGL3-EN013
Tsukumo Slash
Quick-Play Spell
If a monster you control attacks a monster whose ATK is higher than itself during damage calculation: Your battling monster gains ATK equal to the difference between your LP and your opponent's, during that damage calculation only. You can only activate 1 "Tsukumo Slash" per turn.
GOLD SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: A somewhat less restrained Honest effect for your battling monster and that can end the duel but this'd also tbe best in a LP Gain Deck where high LP differences are more likely.
PGL3-EN012
Frost Blast of the Monarchs
Normal Spell
If you control a monster with 2400 or more ATK and 1000 DEF: Target 1 Set card on the field; destroy it. You can banish this card and 1 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Card from your Graveyard, then target 1 Set card on the field; destroy it.
GOLD SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Since the Monarchs all meet this card's criteria, you at least can use them as they're worthwhile but you won't get much out of this.
PGL3-EN011
Number 77: The Seven Sins
DARK / Fiend-Type Xyz / Rank 12 / ATK 4000 / DEF 3000
2 Level 12 monsters
You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 10 or 11 DARK Xyz Monster you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) If Summoned this way, the following effect cannot be activated this turn. Once per turn: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; banish as many Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls as possible, then attach 1 of those banished monsters to this card as Xyz Material. If this face-up card on the field would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead.
GOLD SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It'll make your opponent work roughly as hard to get rid of this as you will, unless of course you Rank Up to it by its effect and in which case you'll only be detaching Xyz Materials to save its destruction that turn. For what it's worth though, it's not all that great.
PGL3-EN010
Number 84: Pain Gainer
DARK / Insect-Type Xyz / Rank 11 / ATK 0 / DEF 0
2 Level 11 monsters
You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 8, 9, or 10 DARK Xyz Monster you control with 2 or more Xyz Materials as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) This card gains DEF equal to the combined Ranks of all Xyz Monsters you control x 200. While this card has Xyz Material, each time your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card, inflict 600 damage to your opponent immediately after it resolves. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls with DEF less than or equal to this card's.
GOLD SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: If you can get it on the field, it'll have at least 2200 DEF thanks to its high Rank but as far as I'm concerned, even using it to Rank Up a lower Ranked Xyz doesn't do you or this card much good.
PGL3-EN009
Number 35: Ravenous Tarantula
DARK / Insect-Type Xyz / Rank 10 / ATK 0 / DEF 0
2 Level 10 monsters
All monsters you control gain ATK and DEF equal to the difference between your LP and your opponent's. While this card has Xyz Material, each time your opponent Special Summons a monster(s), inflict 600 damage to your opponent. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls with ATK less than or equal to this card's.
GOLD SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: You'd get the most out of this woth a LP Gain Deck as that's the highest likelihood that you'll have higher LP than your opponent but other than that, it's pretty well worthless.
