Episode 142: The Battle of Three Worlds
At the duel, Nash boasts of the Barians' most powerful monster that is Xyz Summoned with all 7 Barian Xyz Monsters. With that, he uses them as Xyz Material for Chaos Xyz Barian Hope (CXyz Barian Hope in the CG and I'll note that it doesn't have to be summoned this way in the CG) (0000) in Attack Mode. Yuma and Astral know they're in trouble as Nash declares to continue fighting for his Barian friends just as he knows they'd do for him. The other Barians appear, each on one of Barian Hope's Xyz Materials but they're not here to fight and disappear into Nash's body where they'll fight as one. Barian Hope gains 1000 ATK per Xyz Material attached to it and with 7 currently attached, its ATK climbs to 7000, prompting Yuma to activate Overlay Assistance to draw 1 card for each Xyz Material Nash has since he has no cards in his hand. After Yuma draws 7 cards, Nash then activates Barian Hope's 2nd effect to pay 400 LPs and activate the effect of Tachyon Dragon being attached as Xyz Material, bringing him down to 3100 LPs.
(The real card doesn't have a LP cost to use the effect but instead selects a Number monster in the owner's Graveyard and makes Barian Hope gain its name and effects but can only be used once per turn.) As a result, Yuma's cards are reset and Utopia's effects are negated. Once again, Nash uses Barian Hope's effect to pay 400 LPs and activate Archfiend Seraph's effect to make Utopia's ATK 0, bringing his score down to 2700. Worse still, Nash continues paying 400 LPs to use Ragnafinity's effect to make Yuma take the difference in Utopia's ATK since it lost ATK, leaving him with 2300 LPs. However, Yuma activates Ant Barrier from his hand (as he's about to take damage from a card effect but they don't tell you that, making one believe it's an illegal move) to switch Utopia to Defense Mode and prevent Barian Hope from attacking.
Regardless, Nash uses Barian Hope's effect again, bringing him down to 1900 LPs to activate Giant Red Hand's effect and destroy Ant Barrier. Now, Nash uses the effect once more, bringing him down to 1500 LPs to activate Battlin' Boxer Comet Cestus' effect to destroy Utopia, leaving Yuma and Astral defenseless. Nash attacks Yuma directly so Yuma Special Summons Gagaga Guardian (2000) in Defense Mode but Nash is unphased and uses Barian Hope's effect on Umbral Horror Masquerade, bringing him down to 1100 LPs, then not only destroying GG but forcing Yuma to randomly send Rainbow Kuriboh to the Graveyard and halving his LPs to 1200. Figuring Yuma has nothing left, Nash attacks Yuma directly so Yuma Special Summons the discarded Rainbow Kuriboh (100) in Defense Mode, leaving it to take the hit instead.
Nash is surprised how long Yuma is surviving but activates Chaos Tempest Draw to destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field, then draw 1 card for each destroyed card (as he controls a Chaos Xyz Monster and a Spell or Trap Card but they don't tell you that).  Nash draws 3 cards and sets them to end his turn. What's not clear to Astral is that Nash decided to pay LPs, leaving the two of them with more LPs but Yuma notes that each Xyz Material is a different Barian emperor. It doesn't clear everything up for Astral because he's fighting to save his own world and to Yuma, that doesn't justify destroying there and he vows to save everyone. The duo agree and transform into their final ZEXAL form, leaving the duo to struggle for a few seconds before finding out that the collision is coming faster and now all three worlds are at risk of being destroyed.
As the crowd watches on in horror and fear, Lilybot, Hart and Dr. Faker appear to assure that they only have hope to hang on to and should continue doing so with Yuma and Astral fighting to save them. It settles the crowd down as they agree to hold on. Meanwhile, Vetrix and Yuma's dad discuss the matter at hand, knowing Yuma and the three worlds are in trouble before taking to the skies above the duel to help. Overhead, Vetrix and Yuma's dad agree to hold back the worlds as long as possible while the duel continues. Yuma and Astral draw before playing Overlay Reborn to discard a monster from his hand and revive Number 39: Utopia (2500) in Attack Mode, then force Barian Hope to lose Xyz Materials equal to Utopia's Rank of 4.  However, Nash is ready and activates Overlay Menace to negate OR's effect, draw 1 card  and gain 500 LPs for each of his monster's Xyz Materials, raisng his LPs by 3500 to 4600. Yuma and Astral aren't discouraged and draw before using the card Elephus gave them, Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force to use Utopia as Xyz Material for Number 39: Utopia Beyond (3000) in Attack Mode.
Their attack leaves Nash confused so Yuma and Astral activate Utopia Beyond's effect, making Barian Hope's ATK 0. As a result, Nash activates Xyz Trip to negate the attack and pay LPs equal the attacking monser's ATK, bringing him down to 1600. Nash still isn't impressed so Yuma and Astral set 3 cards to end their turn, returning Barian Hope's ATK to normal. Nash draws and attacks Utopia Beyond with Barian Hope so Yuma and Astral activate Weaker Overlay to give Utopia Beyond 600 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to Barian Hope, which has more Xyz Materials, rasing Utopia Beyond's ATK by 4200 to 7200. However, Nash activates Barian Hope's effect to pay 400 LPs to activate Ragnafinity's effect to deal Yuma and Astral the 4200 point difference in ATK. Yuma is ready and activates Damage Reactor, reducing the damage to 0 and giving Utopia Beyond 800 ATK to 8000. Yuma and Astral resume their attack and destroys Barian Hope but Nash is going to make the duo pay!
