Destruction Swordsman Fusion
Quick-Play Spell
Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster that lists "Buster Blader" as Material
from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or either side of
the field as Fusion Materials. If this card is in your Graveyard: You
can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard; add this card to your
hand. You can only use each effect of "Destruction Swordsman Fusion"
once per turn.

What makes this more useful over Polymerization?
It lets you Fusion Summon from the same areas as that card and the only
thing extra this card offers is a minimal retrieval, which probably
won't do much since you're not always going to have the Fusion Materials
to use. |

Hi-Speed Re-Level
Normal Spell
Banish 1 "Speedroid" monster from your Graveyard, then target 1 Synchro
Monster you control; until the end of this turn, change its Level to the
banished monster's Level, and it gains ATK equal to that monster's Level
x 500.

Your efforts are pretty well wasted because your
affected Synchro gets a temporary ATK and Level boost and you're then
out one resource to revive later on. |

Pendulum Storm
Normal Spell
Destroy as many cards in each player's Pendulum Zones as possible, then
you can destroy 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls.

Comments: |
Not sure you could use it if only your opponent
has occupied Pendulum Zones but either way, it won't do you much good
since those Pendulum Monsters aren't truly gone so the only thing you'll
really get out of this is what you can just as easily get with MST. |

Performance Hurricane
Normal Spell
Target cards your opponent controls, up to the number of "Performapal"
monsters you control; return them to the hand. You can only activate 1
"Performance Hurricane" per turn.

Returning cards to the hand is just a lame stall
tactic because you know those cards are coming back unless they're Extra
Deck or other hard-to-summon monsters, and even then, Decks today could
easily bring the Extra Deck monsters right back, not to mention this
only works if you control Performapals. |

Aegaion the Sea Castrum
WATER / Machine-Type Xyz / Rank 8 / ATK ? / DEF 3000
2 Level 8 monsters
During either player's turn: You can banish 1 random face-down monster
from your opponent's Extra Deck, face-up, and if you do, this card's ATK
becomes equal to the banished monster's. During either player's turn:
You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 of your
opponent's banished Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Monsters; return it to the
Extra Deck, and if you do, destroy 1 monster your opponent controls with
the same monster card type (Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz). You can only use
each effect of "Aegaion the Sea Castrum" once per turn.

It too can be quite a powerhouse but that's a
game of chance because it could have 3000 ATK, or be the likes of Number
17 and have only 2000 ATK and once it obtains that ATK, it won't gain
anymore no matter how many of your opponent's Extra Deck monsters you
banish. At least it also has 3000 DEF for your efforts, though you can
just as easily use Labyrinth Wall or Millennium Shield for that. |

Shiranui Shogunsaga
FIRE / Zombie-Type Synchro / Level 8 / ATK 3000 / DEF 0
1 Zombie-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Zombie-Type monsters
If this card is Special Summoned: You can banish 1 Zombie-Type monster
from your Graveyard; this card gains ATK equal to the banished monster's
original ATK, until the end of this turn. If this card on the field is
destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can
target 1 of your banished Zombie-Type monsters with 0 DEF; return it to
the Graveyard. You can only Special Summon "Shiranui Shogunsaga(s)" once
per turn.

Probably the best you'll get out of it is having
it be a beatstick because that's literally all it's capable of doing,

far between, let alone ones that are any good. |

|
Shiranui Samuraisaga
FIRE / Zombie-Type Synchro / Level 6 / ATK 2500 / DEF 0
1 Zombie-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Zombie-Type monsters
Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 of your
banished Zombie-Type monsters; shuffle it into the Deck, and if you do,
change to Defense Position all monsters your opponent controls with ATK
less than or equal to that monster's. If this card is banished: You can
target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; it loses 500 ATK. You
can only Special Summon "Shiranui Samuraisaga(s)" once per turn.

It's perhaps an okay substitute until you can
obtain/bring out Archfiend Zombie Skull but it relies on banished
Zombies to even get started, let alone drain an opponent's monster of
500 ATK, which is pretty well meaningless in today's metagame. |

|
Buster Dragon
DARK / Dragon-Type Synchro / Level 8 / ATK 1200 / DEF 2800
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
All monsters your opponent controls become Dragon-Type. Once per turn,
if you do not control a "Buster Blader" monster: You can target 1
"Buster Blader" in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. Once per turn,
during your opponent's turn: You can target 1 "Buster Blader" monster
you control; equip it with 1 "Destruction Sword" monster from your
Graveyard (this is a Quick Effect).

It'll need to be in Defense Mode unless you can
swap its ATK and DEF but you can get a Buster Blader to join you and
it'll be powered up by at least 500 unless they're defenseless, not to
mention you'll get to attach it with a used up Destruction Sword monster
but both monsters have to be in the Graveyard for you to even get that
far so otherwise, you'll just have this guy to defend your LP. |

Goyo King
EARTH / Warrior-Type Synchro / Level 8 / ATK 2800 / DEF 2000
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters
When this card declares an attack on an opponent's monster: This card
gains 400 ATK for each EARTH Warrior-Type Synchro Monster you control,
until the end of the Damage Step. When this card destroys an opponent's
monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can activate 1 of
these effects;
● Special Summon that monster to your side of the field.
● Take control of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls.

This one will let you choose the monster you
take and that can really help, especially since that monster can be an
Xyz Monster too, giving you access to that monster's effects and which
ever you choose you get to keep but apart from that, it doesn't get
stronger for long and will likely not gain much ATK anyway. |

Goyo Defender
EARTH / Warrior-Type Synchro / Level 3 / ATK 1000 / DEF 1000

this turn. If this card is in your Graveyard and you control a

Sad thing is, Big Ben Kei is actually better
because you can search it out with Giant Rat and Sangan and it has

of them to gain the DEF boost. |

Dinoster Power, the Mighty Dracoslayer

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by Tributing the
above cards. (You do not use "Polymerization".) Pendulum Monster Cards
in your Monster Zones and Pendulum Zones cannot be destroyed by battle
or your opponent's card effects. Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1

Somewhat easy to bring out and it protects your

This card cannot attack directly. This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF for
each Dragon-Type monster your opponent controls or is in their

I was on the verge of giving this "emperor" two
stars but when I read that last line of text, I dropped off a star
because you need two very specific Fusion Materials just to bring it out

easier to bring out to achieve the same goal, I don't see why you'd need
to waste Extra Deck space with this. |

Odd-Eyes Gravity Dragon

This one I don't even remotely see why it's
short printed when cards before it clog more card zones and aren't short

makes a difference because Monster Cards are just as easy to destroy as
Spells and Traps. |
