At the duel site, Kalin reveals that he's not like Grady as he has a different mark. Meanwhile, Crow decides to get a better look at what he's seeing but doesn't get any better idea of what it is. Across the city, people see it but can't make sense of it but fear the worst. In the helicopter, Jack gets a closer look and finds Crow but cannot get low enough to see Yusei's opponent as an energy field is in the way. Kalin is delighted that his group is back together but hasn't forgiven Yusei for betraying his friendship but Kalin betrayed them by going too far. Jack explains that whom he saw is Kalin, a former close friend of their group, recalling the days when they dueled as a team in the Satellite and played Speed Warrior (900), Blackwing - Bora the Spear (1700) and Mad Archfiend (1800) in Attack Mode to battle their opponents until they win with their Synchro Monsters while Kalin appears and wins with Hate Buster. Later, the group had decided to take on all Duel Gangs residing in Satellite where Kalin took it too far. Back in reality, Turbo Duel preparations get underway as Yusei wants to know how Kalin became a Dark Signer but Kalin says it's too late. On the helicopter, Mina gets the duel streamed by satellite and Crow watches as Kalin draws and plays Infernalty Beast (Infernity Beast in the CG, though this could be a script error) (1600) in Attack Mode. With that, he sets 1 card to end his turn. Yusei draws and summons Speed Warrior (900) in Attack Mode and its ATK doubles to 1800 this turn. His attack prompts Kalin to activate Depth Amulet, negating the attack by discarding 1 card.With nothing left to do, Yusei sets 2 cards to end his turn, returning SW's ATK to normal. Kalin draws and brings out Infernalty Fiend (Infernity Archfiend in the CG) (1800) in Attack Mode, then orders IB to destroy SW and it does, leaving Yusei down to 3300. He proceeds to attack directly and Yusei could be sent to the Netherworld! |
